These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KS Deep Clean website and any cleaning services you book with us. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
KS Deep Clean provides professional deep-cleaning services — including home, kitchen, bathroom, floor, window, garden, office, villa, apartment, hospital and institutional cleaning — for customers across Chennai and surrounding areas. Exact scope, inclusions and add-ons are confirmed with you before a job begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes shared over WhatsApp, phone or through our contact form are estimates based on the details you provide. A final, fixed quote is confirmed after our supervisor assesses your space, either remotely or on-site. We do not add hidden charges beyond what has been agreed with you in advance.
Booking & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once a slot, scope and price have been agreed. We will do our best to arrive within the confirmed time window; in case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, prior job overrun), we will inform you as early as possible and offer to reschedule if needed.
Satisfaction & Re-Clean Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If any area covered under the agreed scope does not meet our quality standard, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we will re-clean that area free of charge. This guarantee covers the originally agreed scope of work and does not extend to areas outside that scope or damage/staining that requires specialist restoration.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us, ideally at least 4 hours before the scheduled visit, so we can reassign our team. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee, which will always be communicated to you beforehand.
Access & Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the space being cleaned, disclose any fragile items, allergies or special handling instructions in advance, and ensure a responsible adult is available (or access is otherwise arranged) at the time of service.
Liability
Our team takes care to protect your belongings while working. In the rare event of accidental damage directly caused by our team's negligence during a booked service, please report it within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve it fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues arising from items not disclosed to us beforehand.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of KS Deep Clean and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
